New to ESO and looking for a guild

I've started an Dark Elf Nightblade and am really just feeling out the game. It's been a long time since I've played a MMO (prob '05 WoW) but I always prefer playing in groups. I prefer 21+ but I'll settle for 18+ as long as I don't hear your Bieber music through the mic. I play mostly during the week nights and play on weekends when I can. I would also prefer a guild that focuses on both PVE and PVP. Finally, I'm a grown ass man, so don't expect me to play "rank" and grovel at someone's feet. I'm a team player and will take advice from more seasoned players but I don't take "orders."

Disclaimer: I'm not an a**hole, pretty much the opposite. I'm just a dude who likes to wreck $hit in game and drink beer while doing it.
