Was fighting the Warden and with one of the ground circles I moved in the air and when I hit brace I 'landed' in the roof. I wasn't able to jump out or get unstuck because I was in combat so I had to wait to be killed by the shades AoEs.
I'm not sure whether I moved in the air because I rolled at the same time I got caught in the circle or because I just moved the stick and the circle just started near the edge of the arena but the movement in the air seemed to be the reason for getting stuck as it only happened the once.
