Xbox Live is back up, ESO isnt. You havent replied to ANYONE that has posted here looking for answers. Microsoft IMMEDIATELY replied from the top level and resolved their issue. YOU are silent. WHAT are you doing to get YOUR customers back online?

How can i continue to play this game alone while all of my other friends play on destiny night after night? I'll tell you, i continue to do so because, contrary to popular belief, this is an amazing game when you guys aren't busy disappointing the masses that constantly play this game alone because others have written it off. I do happen to have a request in this message. My request is simple, can someone that works for this company explain to me (via email or forum post preferable) why i have so much trouble logging into the game? Thanks.

It seems like this happened last time ms had an issue. Live was good to go for a few hours before zoos responded. Up until then it was all, "ms fault". Destiny is looking better and better. Definitely canceling eso plus.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Why is it that after there is a XboxLive outage every other game i own is back up 10 minutes after they resolve their issue but ESO is always a couple hours late?

Legitimate question here I have noticed this happen every time XboxLive has had an issue.

Bump @ZOS_RichLambert Serious issue here and legitimate curiosity as to how other apps recover so fast but ESO seems to be behind after a Xboxlive crash.

Asleep at the wheel, obviously....or on extended vacation, spending the $$ we've all paid them. At this point, I'm sure only a skeleton crew is left to work on anything that isn't upcoming paid DLC.

I agree. When you guys quit, send your gold and mats to Dusty24 Xbox NA. I'll make sure to use them wisely. Thanks.
