Maintenance usually doesn't have patch notes. It's just to restart the server etc. If it's patch week for your platform, they will provide the patch notes during or at the end of the patch.

I know at least on XB1 they fixed the jump height when stealthed issue

Rivenspire seems fixed on ps4, loads screens aren't as quick as they were, but vastly improved after maintenance.
