Grathwood load times abysmal

Hello,
Is it just me or are the Grathwood load time just abysmal and noticeable worse then other areas. Especially when one saved close by or inside the great tree.
If so I wonder if it has something to do with the undaunted pledges which attract a lot a players and might blog the server for that area down.
