The same as it always was - zerging! Some of the items on your poll however are a catalyst for this mentality though (for example combat mechanics). Similarly some of the other items are caused by this mentality (lag etc).

Lag/FPS Drop

The FPS drops can so severe at times that game morphs in to a player vs powerpoint slide show.. Didn't have this problem previously

Does not matter wheter I play on 800x600 lowest setting or on highest res and highest settings, I still lag like if 5+ players most times. And I do not use addons.

In general, agree with @ToRelax

I did vote for class balance. Here are my reasons:
1. In general, there is a still some disparity between magicka and stamina builds. I do not think that magicka and stamina skills should offer uniform bonuses. I think the best thing is to simply add more skills or morphs of existing skills. An expansion which contained a new skill tree for each class would be welcome.
2. The 50% damage debuff, considered in the context of v16 gear and Willpower/Agility/Endurance sets is not actually a debuff compared to 1.6. Additionally, the CP system with percentage bonuses is further exacerbating this problem.
3. DKs and Templars (magicka) are in a remarkably difficult spot. The change to block disproportionately hurt these two classes which relied on block for defense since neither has an escape mechanism. The change to dodge had less impact.
4. Magicka DKs have the most non-viable class skills. They notably lack a gap closer, execute, escape, and self-heal.
5. Stam sorc is still bad. Magicka sorc is still nearly unkillable.
6. Both stam and magicka NB are in a good spot.
7. Stam templar and stam DK have solid options, largely because of the efficiency of Vigor heal and nearly every weapon-line skill. (Repentence for Templar, Earthen Heart regen for DK)

However, class balance and champion system balance are one-in-the-same to me. The CP system does not uniformly enhance every class.

We all know it's a time bomb. It's not blown up yet, but it's coming, so not the biggest gripe right now. We'll see how it goes in the next major patch, but this might actually top the list. Wait and see.

I actually think these two are related, in the sense that the recent combat mechanic changes has seriously incentivized the zerg mentality. Zergs were a thing before, no doubt about it, but they only grew in power since... who knows how long, but they've definitely grown in power.

Those who zerged since the very beginning kept zerging, and I'm OK with that, what I'm not OK with is the growing number of people pissed by small scale and keep saying that "it's zerg or be zerged".

More and more tools are disappearing: ground oils, dynamic ultimate generation, and now sieges (due to mitigation).

The rest
I can live with it or isn't just as irritating.

Just so you're all aware, the core reason that you're seeing so many zergs is the changes made in the patch that made solo play much more difficult for people that are not Sorcs and NBs.

Well I supposed I'll have to give ZoS props for apparently solving the Lag/latency issues for the majority of players as this was consistently the #1 issue for the majority of PvP players. Whether this is representative of an issue solved, or the occurrence minimized with either a reduction of large scale PvP or spreading out of the population remains to be seen for certain.

I feel many things have contributed to the "Zerg Mentality" but chief among them is the first occurrence of a real death penalty (losing stones). Combat issues aside when fighting zergs, the benefits of playing in a zerg need to be targeted and drastically reduced.

Additionally I feel that a No Risk Scenario for gankers is something that shouldn't be rewarded either. Players that can dump all of their stones in the bank, and then venture out to kill people with nothing to lose and everything to gain is something that shouldn't be rewarded either (and I benefit from this nightly). I feel you should have to be risking stones to be able to gain stones from another player. If I have zero stones and I'm fighting someone with 4000 stones, they gain nothing if they win, and lose 80% of their stones if they lose.

Just my thoughts on a high level so far this patch.

Yeah I meant to have that one on there. I think we all hate loading screens with a passion but selecting that might have masked bigger issues with the game. Hopefully this is something fixed relatively soon.

I chose the wrong option but oh well.

Champion point balance:

I fought someone with over 1200 CP last night for over 20 minutes. I have 286 CP. I have never experienced anything like it before. I had never knowingly encountered anyone with that many CP before so I was always indifferent about the CP issue.

Long story short I gave him everything I had for half an hour and never once got him into execute range. He had 100 into magic damage reduction and 100 into elemental damage reduction, and could spec full damage because CP propped up his sustain and defensive needs. There was literally nothing I could have done about it.

And that fight with a single player is the largest issue you see in Cyrodiil? Or does this happen regularly?

Well no, I guess not, but it did make me worry about just how many people are gathering CP as we speak. It was kind of enlightening.

If I had to pick the largest issue, I would say Zerg or Game Balance, but CP will be a huge problem soon when nobody can kill anyone.

These are all major issues, I just wanted to force people to choose which issue was the greatest one remaining out of the list. An "All of the Above" makes any sort of information we could get from the poll less useful.

I think the nerfs to damage and changes to battle leveling are fueling the zerg mentality, so those two are linked as one issue IMO.

This whole zergin mentality has got to go, it needs to be discouraged. Running in a group of 12,15,18,24 is just pathetic, not having to worry of losing ur stones orther then worrying bout how many stones they have to bank before going to make another run

It's like that in almost all PvP MMOs I have played, the mentality is that there is safety in numbers. I also played on a PvP server in WoW for 10 years....any open world PvP there are always guilds that run around in 40 man zergs. As much as I hate to say it, the instanced battlegrounds are really the only way to put everyone on an equal team (equal in numbers at any rate).
