With all of the scaling and balancing, do higher level characters still gain the full benefits of their champion points? Some are complaining that they have no edge over noobs. Do the champion points offer some sort of advantage? I would think that they do.

Sure they do, but the advantage gets smaler, the more cp average people have.
So in an 300cp vs 0cp fight the difference is much bigger than in a 600cp vs 300cp fight.

If u need 300cp to kill a ''Noob'' with 0 cp Then who is the real noob?
