Shadow Image and Burning Embers breaking Dark Cloak

An arrow of our lovely shadow and the dot of burning embers is able to break dark cloak.
I´m aware of the fact that dots remove cloak, but dark cloak removes dots. No issues against any other dots, which are removeable as well.
It will hit you out of cloak at least once with a 100% chance, meaning I have to cast my cloak twice, no matter where i stand or what I do.
In case of the shadow it seems that that the projectile, in my combat log called "corrode", hits people out of cloak.
