Fix DK chains

Consistency ZoS.

Either this ability can pull people up/down or it cant. Not sometimes. Not usually. Always.

Since you don't PvP, I'm guessing you are not aware that a Dragonknight can stand on the steps of the Westward postern @ chalman Keep and chain pull down people on the castle Ramparts.

In the Memorial District enemy DKs chain pull down people on top of the AD spawn, and it happened to me three times with DK scales up.

Uh this is bug DK couldn't have done this since like update 5 there's even a special passive when you are in a safe zone or the spawn zones or on a balcony called chain pull suppression and as the name says you are immune to any pull effects be DK chains or silver leash.

So if this is happening then it is a bug and I recommend useing /bug and summit it.

I swear I got chained up into a keep by the mage guard on Allesia SW wing.

Chains needs it's own immunity, the main reason I don't use it regularly is because it gives free CC immunity.

Delete DK class so I can reroll sorc without worrying.

I spent the entire weekend in cyrodiil. Sure I can get some kills on scrubs. But by God, against anyone competent I'm screwed. I have no self heal, no gap closer, no escape, and no execute. LOL

I just might do this. Recommendation on a gear setup? Black rose plus agility plus engine guardian?

DK related issue, it isnt breaking cloak so need to alter it. Nice try!

BTW this skill was the main reason to choose DK. I loved it when I tried in the beta. Then I loved all the other DK skills and then it started. ZoS took them all one by one from me. Now I feel like a kid who was given a super toy and after 2h playing with it, it was taken from me.

It happens so rarely that when it does you're like, "WTF XPLOITER?!"

Just hit chains at a resource, flew through the world, game crashed immediately. An hour before that I find myself being chained up a resource tower, either from my bad targeting or the mage guard chained me.

You chained yourself up the tower because you cannot use chains to pull down mage guards.

happened again. I was moving toward the flag, I think I was going to chain pull myself to the flag npcs, next thing I know i'm flying up the resource tower. If tried to actually chain up to the mage guard it would never happen. Something weird is going on. In all 3 instances the mage guard was no where near my cross hairs and in some cases not even on my screen.

Mage guard (the one on top) is the buggiest thing that the game has seen since 1.5
