Why aren't things being fixed?

You just tapped most of us for $25, why aren't we seeing results? I can't imagine you are waiting for maintenance to fix this BS, lets go start doing it.

Reading some old PTS posts from the PC version, it seems some of these issues may have existed in PC PTS builds.


No PTS = overly glitchy release.

They patched the PTS build every week.

The first month of IC on console will be the unofficial PTS phase of this expansion on consoles.

why fix something that makes everyone who paid 15 a month have to pay an extra 25 as well on something they said would be free for them. It would be something alittle less aggravating if they would at least refund some of the crowns eso Plus members spent on the DLC

ZoS doesnt hot fix, unless it will blow game economy, so fixes will only be once a week.

As above poster said, no PTS, so all you got was what the PC players beta tested for you. Not exactly platform specific.

As the above other poster said, too many bugs, not enough programmers to fix.

Also, dont expect miracles.

Plus, your list means little to nothing to anyone reading it. Whats wrong with all of them? Most of your list was fixed last May 2014 on the PC side.

Group finder has worked, but no one uses it, so its useless.

Game performance took a hit as manifested by long load screens.

Have noticed that the load times are about 5 times longer on the Europe Megaserver if you are lucky the game loads but sometimes just crashes out to the main screen and informs no internet availalbe! I have also noticed that although I am presumably logged on the Europe megaserver the welcome message states I am on the North american Mega server?

Been playing VR quests when I can and keep having issues where I press 'A' and nothing happens and I cannot draw a weapon etc. Annoying as sometimes I have to re-load the game and off we go again!

Can anyone tell me if Imperial City DLC caters for solo PVE?

Not being able to see prices in the Guild Store is directly impacting the economy. No one can see prices quickly without selecting the item to buy it, then backing out. As a GM of a large trade guild, I spent well over a million on a prime guild trader for console and will never make that back with a broken Guild Trader.

The Guild Bank can only be accessed once before it shows empty next visit. This is game breaking as all our mats and crafting supplies are in the guild bank.

I canceled my sub. I'm done dealing with email support and the lack of response we get here on the forum. I don't wanna see responses from mods that don't actually work on the game, I want to hear from dev leads on what they are going to do to expedite a fix for console. With the Xbox release system, they have to approve the fix before it can go live....so it could be weeks unless they expedite the process.

Unable to finish some dungeons as some of the bosses get untargetable.
So you can go through one, to end up having the last boss glitch.

It's happening alot on ps4 eu anyway.

No, you really don't. You want them working no fixing the game, not wasting time posting in the forums.

Why? Simply because they have your money already and don't care. Hundreds of threads with valid points, legitimate concerns and complaints and maybe 2-3 responses. All you can do is cancel your ESO plus so they don't take any more undeserved money fromn people for a poor product and customer service on par with cable companies. Unless everyone is going to hit them in the bank account and stop finding systemic incompetence - there will be no improvement in the service we receive.

ZoS no longer cares -- They have gotten their money. Obviously they can not handle the console version of this game. We have been told for mths now - We're looking into it - Yet nothing Changes.

Whoever it was that decides to put the update ON TOP of a already Bugged system obviously needs lessons in Servers and Server Files.

It was broke Before the IC update, now...... Its almost unplayable, for some it is unplayable as they can not log in - and or there are too many battle/ skill bugs and glitches.

Its sad as this game had soo much potential, however - having experience with having public gaming servers as well as being a GM on several - the next thing that is going to end up happening is the server is going to go down - complete server wipe to straighten all this out as the file corruption is going to be too bad to correct without them re-doing the server.

I would much rather them announce they are going to shut down the server and REPAIR it now before it goes into a long term shutdown and wipe, But as we all know -- ZoS doesnt listen to nor do they seem to care about their customers, and as we all know - Without us Gamers -- there wouldnt be a Server or the $$$$ they are getting from us.

Hopefully soon they will deal with all this and Repair the server, but I dont have alot of faith in them at this point.

I will continue to check and see if by some chance the game works again and of course be checking here - but I didnt pay as much $$ as I did to sit and look and the loading screen or play a severely glitched game/char.
