[Build] Sorcerer Storm Lord™ leveling/dps/all purpose

Wanted to share my new Storm Lord™ build with everyone here! It does insane damage and has great survivability, able to get you through most fights. Leveling, questing, grinding, dungeons, you name it. The Storm Lord will get it done. Also as a note, before my head is chewed off... Yes, I put the summoned Clannfear daedra on the bar. Do I wish it actually had gains from spellpower and magicka and other stats? Yes. However, it's not a perfect world, and it does have its uses, so it's completely preference.
