Crafting Bug - Stuck at 50 Superb Hide

Hi there - I tried to submit a bug report in game (PC), but I didn't get a confirmation no., so I don't think it went through. Hopefully someone who can do something about this will see this. 
I'm stuck at 50 Superb Hide no matter how many fragments I collect and refine. I just refined 60 or so fragments and I'm still stuck at 50 hide pieces. As a result I can't finish this annoying writ. If anyone knows how I can fix this, please share!
