Just wanted to post a quick counter to all the negative posts.
I for one LOVE IC and all that it brought. I was a VR3, who was actually forced to level a new character, just to play Blackwater Blade campaign, since being anything but VR14 with 300CP's was the same as being dead before you knew it. VET Cyrodiil was nothing but one big Zerg-fest.
I LOVE doing 1v1 and 1vX. It is the best thing i know. Before IC, i would scout around Cyrodiil, looking for small scale fights. Almost impossible for me, in anything but Blackwater.
Now? With IC, i have had more enjoyful 1v1 and 1vX encounters, that i have had so far in the last half year of the game or so...! No more spending 10 minutes on a damn Horse, just to get to a fight. I died? No problem - i can get right back into the thick of small scale battle right away.
Yes, Zerging is a definite issue in both Sewers and IC Top. I don't spend much time in Sewers because of exactly that. But might get around to it, once i get properly geared. But in IC, it does not really matter. Most of the Zergs there actually have a purpose. They are grinding the Daily or something. Whenever an area has been overcrowded - i just leave for another and get back in 10-15 min. And the Zerg will have moved on to new pastures...
