Black loading screen

I am getting a Black loading screen when the game loads and during area changes.

What is happening is this

1. Get black loading screen with text at bottom about the area I am entering.

2. After 20 -30 seconds the Black screen is replaced with a normal picture for the loading screen. The same text is on this screen as the black screen had.

3. Once the normal loading screen appears it lasts about 50 - 70 seconds.

    Yes. I have started getting this bug again. Its back. tried to travel out of hews and got black screen disconnect. think they broke some thing again with the expansion.
