My skill points all unassigned

I've submitted a ticket, but I'm hoping to get a faster answer here. I signed out last night and everything was normal, then I signed in today and suddenly my action bars were gone! I couldn't do any of my skills, and while I could use items on my quickslot, I couldn't SEE the bar. I checked my skill sheet because it said I had waiting skill points and to my surprise all my skills are reset to zero and I have 70 some skill points! Why?!?! I don't even know if that's an accurate count! Please tell me his has a fix?

So I understand the skill points now, it appears my only issue is the bar not showing up at all. Will this fix when I redistribute my points? They aren't just empty, they are non existent, including my quickslot etc.

Someone has this "problem" yesterday too. Once I explained the skill point reset and to redo his skills and place them on the bar, they said they were fixed up.

I imagine the bar does not show at all if it is empty, which makes sense. So spend you skill points!

Thank you! I did decide to try anyway and you are right! Odd that it doesn't even show a quick slot if your skills are empty, but I guess not really a big deal. I guess next time I'll make sure to actually check the maintenece/patch notes before I panic!
