Area Chat might be ok, but guild chat is showing noone in there, or me, and I try to switch channels I get an endless 5 second countdown. Goes from 5 to 1, then back to 5 repeating.

my wife has multiple characters stuck on an endless loop and logging out and back in did not resolve the problem...
