Dlc not free for eso plus?

I became an eso plus member on friday so I could download the dlc for free and still have crowns however it is still wanting ti charge me for the imperial city. Anyone know how to fix it?

✭✭✭✭✭You do not have to purchase the DLC in the store if you are ESO Plus. However, you can still do this if you want. If you drop ESO Plus, you can still play the DLC if you purchase it separately.Edited by Elsonso on 15 September 2015 23:390 -
Milktray✭✭✭ESO Plus you are basically renting the DLC .. If you want to own it, you have to buy itZoS please understand everyone thinks and pronounces things differently, so please add to your 'rules' that things get removed if the Mod doesn't actually quite understand phrasing0
