Constantly "In Combat" 5-10 minutes after battle?

I'm playing on PS4, using a stam sorc. Very often I find myself still in combat LONG after the entire rest of the group is near the next objective lol. Is there any combo of skills or....something...? that could be causing me to seemingly stay in combat and unable to mount up for what seems extreme amounts of time. Very frustrating to not be able to mount up after a reasonable, imo, 30-45 seconds or so tops.

I have the EXACT same problem. Always. PS4.

I play STAM NB Vet7. I dont even have to take part in combat... its just being close to combat, if i unmount i have to wait for minutes until i´m able to get out of combat.

I can stealth, i can hide. I can run away from combat, nothing helps. Its even worse if i'm in a group. I would understand if i'm in combat while my mates are in combat, but they are miles away and i'm running behind them for ages...

I tried everything. Running away from combat. Stealthing. Waiting for minutes. Entering keeps and waiting. NOTHING.

The only way to get out of combat is to DIE...

It has nothing to do with classes, but more a general nuissance. The combat tag on the character fades very slowly.

Uncertain if the developer team is aware or not.

/dance will normally take you out of combat if you have this bug where you stay in (won't help you if you are actually fighting though)

Welcome to our world since Beta (that's early 2014). Stuck in combat for up to 5 minutes sometimes in Cyrodiil. So handy for riding across the map with your friends if you're trying to do something else than run the 50 meters to the next zerg fest between keep and ressource or outpost.

Maybe in a year it'll be fixed... It mostly is a problem in PVP, so maybe with the attention Imperial City is being given, it'll be looked at.

Not true ! Do you know you can even be stuck in combat after dying and reviving ? So awesome
