Message rate limit [Constant]
Hi, I keep getting the message rate limit error. Im just playing like normal in game. I never send messages. I even get this error while afk for a min. I dont know what to do about this, please advise.

✭✭✭✭✭I've seen an increase too, most notably when using Wykkyd's Outfitter AddOn on the PC.
My guess is ZOS turned up the sensitivity on the client/server message rate monitoring ...
