Wabbajack staff?!?

Okay so I remember finishing the quest with having to use the wabbajack staff but never again see it, thought after finishing quest I would receive it or later in the game get it again. Am I missing something?

Around this time, uncle Sheo is very keen on his toy. Other than retrieve it and play with it a couple of minutes, you have no chance of retaining it.

In other words: No, you don't get to piggy-fy other players in Cyrodiil - sadly.
