The northern and southern high rock gate are not gates to high rock but they are gates to hammerfell (if you look to all the other maps of Tamriel from the TES series you see that hammerfell lays between high rock and cyrodiil). So aren't these gates supposed to be the norhtern and southern hammerfell gates?
