Werewolf abilities are too expensive

Trying to make solo (skill mode, not zerg mode) PVP Heavy Armor work, I have to lay emphasis on the fact that being a prey when transforming in werewolf is kind of counter-intuitive.

Werewolf is like putting a death-timer on :
  • you lose all your survival abilities for just one weak heal,
  • you trade 11 abilities+WW transformation for 5, loosing versatility
  • you gain added vulnerabilities for a very doubtful gain in sustain DPS if any (only a better burst DPS)

And... abilities cost like twice as much as other stamina abilities, making the ultimate only usable by medium armor users, thanks to their resources regeneration and DPS passives. For Heavy armor users, once again : no elite PVP, no DPS, no survivability as I already demonstrated in unread posts (I take the time to write prior to each major update) since I am censured for being too smart.

Start again Heavy Armor on a white page, or let us, the players do it.
Same for Werewolf "ultimate". Or perhaps I am mistaken... Is it considered as one ? Is it a constume or something ? An easter egg ?

Is it like Mathematics' Nobel Prize ? (There is no Nobel in mathematics, due to Nobel's wife cheating on him with a mathematician) : I mean, did the person in charge on Heavy Armor, PVP balance, Werewolf did something bad to ZOS ? Does he even exist ?

Trying to find a sensible answer, but I cannot.

I played serveral Heavy Armor toons, in Warhammer Online, WoW, TERA and so on, I can't remember a time where dev had so much hate or indifference to Heavy Armor PVPers (not the ones just chilling in Cyrodil).

Heavy Armor should have DPS sufficient enough to be a threat to sorcerers (they stil can dance spamming bubbles - I foresaw and foresaid that).
Heavy Armor should have resources : WE NEED MORE RESOURCES THAN OTHERS, NOT LESS TO FIGHT IN THE FRONT LINE; that's why WOW uses a RAGE system (the more you get hit, the more resource you have and WARHAMMER did too).

The negative gap is MUCH too big with medium armor for just anecdotical added survivability (negative survivability considering you run out of resources at the speed of light).

Heavy armor users are not dress wearers with an heavy armor on their shoulders,
Heavy armors users are just much stronger wearing heavier armors, come on ZOS.

Original designers have left the game, time for an overhaul !

You can make a great heavy armor WW but you will need CP stamina cost reductions, full reduction on rings and neck and gear for regen and damage.
    Chaos Shadow-Scale: Shadow Archer
    Chaos Death-Scale: Shadow Knight
    Tanks-With-Sap-Essence: Dark Mage
Dark Brotherhood Listener: Blade of Argonia
    Chaos Dragon-Scale: Draconic Shield Master
    Chaos Light-Scale: Marsh Paladin
    Chaos Lightning-Scale: Daedric Master
    Hurricane Chaos: Storm Archer
    Bask-In-My-Light: Warrior of The Light
    Forged-In-Dragon-Fire: Pyro Mage
Guardian of The Hist: Light Mender
Chaos of Black Marsh: Master of The Burning Sword
Star of Chaos: Frost Blade Champion
    Chaos-Lightning-Tower: Lightning Shield Master

    For the King of Argonia
May Sithis hold back his Void

In fact, I do have all of that, not all CPs of course, but full stamina reduction jewelry.

I play solo most of the time with no templar for Stamina regen awesomeness in vicinity. (I am DK)
Perhaps it depends on classes and stamina regen options, since for DK active abilities are unavailable in WWolf form.

I wish WW had that second bar, similar to overload (except they get 3 bars in reality hmph). We could use 1 as DPS and the other for resto.. except we only have one healing spell, and I can use it 3 times before running out of magicka. A ward spell would be a welcome addition that costs a mixture of magicka and stamina. Using a bit of both might be more beneficial because if we spend all of our stamina we've got no DPS, spend all of the magicka and no healing. I love WW, but I feel like I'm spending less and less time in it and just wasting a valuable ultimate for a stamina boost. At least in human form I've got decent DPS, healing and warding. Why would I ever transform?
