main pvp skills for a dk 1h and sheild

Hey this is just a post to identify what the standard dk would be using in pvp situations? I understand reflective scales and burning talons is a must. I'm here to get in depth opinions. Any advice would be great as I am still learning.

    Why would you ever let yourself be in execute range with GDB?

    AFAIK once 1.7 drops, GDB wont be as effective as healing ward.

    because it is far better than GDB anywhere between 1 and 80% health. currently i´m no longer using GDB on my DK but HW and RR.
