High Elf Templar builds?

Hello, I created a Templar High Elf as my first character, mostly because I love High Elf's and Templar style characters are my go to in RPG's like Skyrim, or Oblivion, and Morrowind. So I am finishing up the Main Story, level 46 right now. But I'm looking to get into PvP seriously soon with it. And I'm looking for a good DPS build, currently I'm using a 2h+ Destructive staff and 5 pieces of Heavy armor, 2 Light.
Heavy armor is Maxed out along with 2h.

Vet 1 Templar- Kozawah Incarnic (None/Magicka/Healer)
Level 4 DK- Trecldur (Magicka)

Lutallo✭✭✭Ditch the 2H, equip 2 swords (and get the Twin Blade and Blunt perk in DW). This adds spells power
Get some good spell power gear (Torugs Pact, Martial Knowledge, Adroitness, Elf Bane/Stormknight if you like heavy).
As for PvP, I personally use a Vampire's Bane -> Puncturing Sweep Spam -> Radiant Oppression, but experiment and see what you like."Rock is too OP, please nerf"
