Stats messed up in campaign for me...
Thornblade NA Xbox1 my friend has 16 Stam 17 magic level 32 I'm a V1 with all points in stam. I have 18k stam he has 17k. I have 16k health he has 23k. Do they over buff non vets? And screw vets?

Thecapeo✭✭✭Non vets get big buffs in Cyrodiil. If they didn't they wouldn't even be able to play till at least Vet 1. Keep getting more Vet levels. You'll surpass their stats fast enough.0 -

✭✭Depending on your gear non vets often have higher stats than low veteran rank players. But ZOS stated that they are going to change it and allow low veteran characters to choose if they also want to get buffed.0
