No DR for vanishing?

I am realitively new to PVP and I don't understand why there's no DR for NBs who vanish? They come in stab stab, then vanish and run away and then come in again. They just do it infinitely but yet my CC when I manage to land one is instantly on DR. I just don't get that. It makes 1 on 1 PVP in IC just dumb.
I'm kind of a small deal!

    Use a detect potion or Radiant Magelight and either let them get away or stay on them. Most don't run shuffle or Rapid, so they can't purge snare (non dot). You also have an innate charge that breaks cloak, Stampede, and Invasion. I don't have a problem killing NBs in IC.
    I got killed in pvp, nerf everything...

    Yeah there are plenty of ways to counter Cloakers.

    Because they have no good heal and no class damage shield.
    Cloak/invis is their class core defensive skill.
    It lasts only 2.9 seconds and you cannot sprint, use attacks or heals/buffs without breaking it, making the nb totally visible. Except very few skills

    It costs alot of magicka if they are stamina built and its very easy to make it useless:

    Radiant magelight morph
    Any AOE damage skill breaks it
    Detectionpots.

    Keep in mind that the detect potions working to reveal cloaked NBs is currently a bug and will be fixed next patch.

    False. If you drink a detect potion you will still be able to see cloaked/invisible nightblades.
    There's a post from ZOS in the forums where they confirm this.

    Only diffrence will be that no single target attacks will be able to hit the nightblade (however this somehow never works as gapclosers still can hit you). And even if you couldn't hit the NB with single-target skills, one AOE and he's out of the cloak.

    So detectpots working on cloak is no bug, and will still work in next patch/update (imperial city one)
