There are 3 main ways to tackle Dragonknight builds, 1. Bloody butcher which runs off stamina 2. Make a custom build with skills you like and have tried out. Resetting skills and attributes can easily be done if you go to a shrine, on AD it is in eldenroot, not sure where for other alliances. Lastly the build that I tend to run for PvE which is the Yoloknight, here is a link to the build. http://eso-skills.com/skill/index.html?z=AD8ElKom@TuoeF9%DSgWp0E@T3ABGb&p=916291729182919210131022103210421052906290729082909292629272928292920352036203720382039231623172318231923063307330813252326250135023503321422151216221712181&a=620000&c=Deltia&b=Yoloknight&j=t&q=205&w=33&m=8 For secondary bar either run a staff or a bow and build your abilities on that bar for ranged dps or team healing/buffs.
haha at the above post, funny how almost all magicka DKs run the same core abilities and sets.
theres a reason
We all have our different tweaks (mines more spell damage, his is more recovery) but at the core they are both heavy tanks with more damage than you might suspect
