Sony won't do it... Says I have to go through you. :(

I've owned the game for a week and have only been able to be online for maybe half of the time that I have tried. The rest has been disconnections, waiting for connections etc. There appears to be no effort to resolve this issue barring an update on Tuesday. This type of support for a Massive Online Game of this nature is ridiculous, especially for a game that has been out for over a year (in one form or another).

Bottom line: I didn't pay $60 to look at your loading screen... I don't have faith in your company anymore, I don't have faith in the game... You probably won't do anything in response to this post, but I wish you'd stand behind your product...
