Please move my character

I am currently stuck, it loads up both the rift and the switches to eastmarch. It may be the servers but i believe moving my character is needed anyways. Much appreciated and thanks. My charachter is arksyko on the na server in the ebonheart pact.

Happened to me to, but it fixed itself. no idea how
