Time to find a new game

Just wondering who else is sick of the lack of support and communication from Zenimax. Seems that every other day there is a new issue now the game has been down for over 24 hours and all you get is some BS responses from Zenimax about we need you to go through customer support.... right like that gets us anywhere. I quit playing on PC for theae same reasons, only came back because friends had told me they fixed this crap. So just wanted to see how many other ppl plan on just leaving the game and finding one that works. Also want to note i do pay monthly...well used to until now.

    If there is not a serious, earnest effort by them to compensate us after they recover from this outage, then yes I'm with you.

    Lost gametime.
    Lost ESO Plus benefits.
    Two days of lost item research time.
    Two days of lost crafting writs that could have rewarded psijic recipe fragments or Craglorn surveys for possible nirncrux. Additionally, two days lost being unable to restock items for sale in guild traders.

    Hello ZOS?!?!? This is why people are getting upset, compounded by your barely cursory response.
