Server maintenance restart

Dear development team, and mods of ESO,

In my experience with a MMO having these types of issues, there is usally a standard server restart. Or at the very least communication with your customers/fans/gamers on the issue at hand. this is my weekend, which I looked forward to, as many others can say the same. I pay a service fee every month for your service, if we both want this relationship to continue, I need something done about it, or at least communicate with us. Thank you for your time.

    21st century customer service is not a two way street 95% of the time. As far as zos is concerned this is everyone else's fault but theirs. I got a canned customer service response, and we got a pathetic statement after a day of downtime with no acknowledgement.

    I'm cancelling my eso plus. No point paying for something I can't play.

    I have now officially cancelled my ESO plus membership. Thank you for showing how much you care about your customers. There is a huge library of games to play, and certainly from developers who actually care for the fans/customers.
