PSN NA server character load screen not loading. YES EU LOADS. And much more..

Okay the last straw was tonight. Been gathering much feedback from all over the ESO NA world on something's that Z needs to put their attention to.

One NA PS4 server not loading for me and about 25 people on my friends list. And yes we all tried EU and that works.

Two. Fix Bow... Charging ... Getting hit by snipe morph for 6000 x 25 times is getting old in PVP.

Three. PVP health bars get bugged from staying 30% to 75% health until you die at times.

Been playing MMOs since EQ, beta tested from DAOC to WOW.

I have never seen such low of hot fixes in a release of a MMO ever. Please don't let this game be broke as you did with PC and we all know what happened there...

Other than that. Amazing job on the console. The clip planes are incredible for toons. Honestly you could turn it down 3-4 meters and it would still be amazing.
You have a break through game here. All I ask is to treat it as such.

Please just trust the players here. We try everything before bothering the developers. Least most do, we check networks, other servers. Restarts and more.

It's Friday Was looking forward to play. I use ESO plus, I would hope it's for peace of mind that Z updates and hot fixes this game on the regular. As any other successful MMO.

Same here for me sometimes main screen loads and I can't load my main but I can load other characters which is odd

How is this still a major issue? I got booted in the middle of an area change and haven't been able to get past my character selection screen for over an hour.

Same here, PS4 NA. Stuck on loading screen after choosing server.

Same here. Switching to EU server and going back to NA does fix the endless loading screen for me. BUT it still does not fix the fact i cannot log into my main character but i can log into all my alts.

All 30 of us who play on the NA server tried to login at the same time and the server crashed.

Everyday with no serious issues besides loading delays.

Were you able to play after seeing this error?
Eventually after fighting with the loading screen, most of the time the wheel just spins indefinitely, I terminate the application and try again, eventually it works. But then I cant travel anywhere or enter a dungeon without getting kicked again and starting the process all over. The message says I need a valid internet connection but everything that isn't eso is working perfectly, hmmm....I wonder where the problem could be originating from...

Are you getting kicked from the game with this message or seeing it upon your login attempt?

Yes I can log into European server fine and it doesn't disconnect me.

That's my problem. If there's a technical issue, post on the forum and notify people of remediation timelines. If not, what's the point of having a forum for "Technical Support"?

People have been posting about this issue over the last 7hrs and there has been no response. So either:

A ) They haven't seen the comments because they don't monitor the forums regularly.
or
B ) They've seen the comments but choose not to respond.

Neither of those options look good.

ESO been down for me and my buddy since last night (8pm est). We are in the Philadelphia, PA area.

Eating breakfast and sitting at my laptop now so I ran a tracert to Elderscrollsonline.com (159.100.230.100)

The problem isn't on ESO's end. It's the ae12.edge1.NewYork2.level3.net router is busted. I use Comcast and my buddy uses Verizon so I think that eliminates ISP issues. That's probably why east coast players can't get on. In other words, don't plan on playing ESO for the foreseeable future until level3 fixes their router.

Note- No computer expert here, I'm just an old school gamer that learned how to tracert game servers back in the day when we had to do all of our own troubleshooting with fancy new 90's Internet games.

I got booted last night in the middle of the quest around 9PM and am experiencing the same problems -- I live in New Jersey.

This morning, same issues still.

I can log into the EU server but nothing for NA.

Having the exact same problem all day!

No response from devs on any of the several threads about this, no response on the @TESOnline Twitter account, no response from Tech Support ticket created.

Paying for a game and a subscription that I can't use all day on a Saturday is ridiculous.

I was able to get in for a short time, but using a Wayshrine immediately kicked me from server again. No point of having ESO Plus to have faster research if I cannot get to a workstation to start the research....

There should be some sort of credit or refund for this outage.

Pretty much unacceptable that there hasn't been a response from ZOS about this. Been posting via forums, Twitter, and made support tickets since 9 PM EST yesterday.

Look problems will happen but this lack of communication is just not right.

We should have had so kind of response by now. Either everyone is off work, or they don't give a ***. Both options are unacceptable in a global MMO. 24 hour customer support is needed in this industry.

That's not good. I can get on this morning. I just can't change zones so I have no ideal what's up. My character is basically stuck in Wayrest and can't port to any other wayshrines without getting dropped.

It may be my bad luck where I had a busted router along the route AND the game server needs attention. Can't do anything about it on my end other than wait.
