Anyone else getting the loading screen twice upon login?

Most of the time when I login, the game will load and I will see the world, but then it goes back to the loading screen. What's going on with that?

BoozeKashi✭✭I started getting the 'double load' just after the last patch. It is not consistent, only intermittently.
However, now I cannot login to NA server at all for more than 12 hours, so a 'double load' would not bother me if I could still play...0
