So does this skill proc when any move hits an enemy? Like if i use boundless storm or caltrops will those damage ticks proc the camouflaged hunter damage proc?

Ah Gawd, what is it, like 4% on all enemies, 15% on Undead (+WWs w/ passive)?

So...kind of no? But yeah, any ability can has a chance to proc.

Currently, every attack and every single tick of any skill or DoT has a 4%/15% chance to proc Camouflaged Hunter. When the Imperial City update is live, there will be a 2.5 second cooldown on this. If your attack or DoT procs Camouflaged Hunter, then it can't proc again for another 2.5 seconds.
