Final Quest

I have finished the Main quest many times before. Every time I get stuck. I am officially the worlds worst ESO quester.
Anyways,
I have no idea where I am or what quest I finished. I know I finished the coldharbour quests. Except I haven't done the Final Assault. Which I can't seem to find. After I finished one quest It ended, and gave me no indication of what to do next. So now I'm stuck for the 100th time trying to finish the main quest. I would like to give more detail about the past quest I finished, but I haven't got the information. So I'm not sure what to do.
