Stamina Templar on PTS?

I can't play on PTS right now, but I was wondering if anyone has seen how they fair in 1.7/2.1 PTS in IC.
I ask this because on my stamina templar on live, I either have high regen and literally no damage. Or I would stack weapon damage/max stamina so I can actually burst people down, albeit with like 800 stam regen.
How does this change with the damage reduction on PTS? I mean, right now the greatest thing I found on a stamplar was CC'ing someone and trying to land a full set of jabs before they recover, this is how I get kills.
Now I am wondering what the new meta for stamplars will be so I can prepare for it now.
