connection to server timed out

anyone else getting this problem? I keep trying to reconnect, has nothing to do with ps4, i can still do everything else but when I try to log-in to NA ESO this is what I get. EU Eso seems to not have that problem

Same issue here. I get in for maybe 5 minutes then I get kicked and get that error. NA, also.

geez xbones got this issue aswell least for me, its exactly the same too, it sucks
