Yes it is -- as I post this, it's 1:21 PM EDT (or 12:21 PM EST although ZOS is in a region which observes Daylight Savings Time right now, so they're probably operating on EDT...) which gives them another 4 hours and 39 minutes (or 5 hours, 39 minutes) before evening to get them posted.
