Dueling Guild ? Any interest?

Would people be interested in joining a Dueling Guild?
A dueling guild would provide two things;
1. Easy contact options (voice chat + facebook) between individuals from different factions to meet and duel on time-to-time basis.
2. Weekly staged competitions with sponsored prizes. Maybe also entry fee based competitions.
Or does any one know of a Dueling Guild already on the PS4 EU server? Then i won't have to create one myself
