I thought maintenance implies it was planned and an outage is unplanned? So was this "maintenance" planned or not? If it was planned why no advance notice?

Snoopsy✭✭It was not planned. The service interruption that came from Xbox Live caused an issue with the login servers on the NA server. It's not a scheduled maintenance, but more like a hot-fix.0
