Micro stutter while playing a lightning sorc

I ve started a sorc recently and I have this problem. After a while playing I have some micro stutter/freeze (0.5 sec) appearing when i use a lightining ability like wrath or crystal frag r overload, any ability with lightning particule. I never have those stutter on my DK char. Someone has the same problem ? I run with a 970 nvdia so no rig problem I think.
