I have done over 500 dark anchors in bangkorai and The Rift..This last General that I need will not spawn every other general does except the damn vamp, Does anyone else have this issue? This is becoming annoying...

BulbousMeathead✭✭✭I have a similar issue - I've done hundreds of dolmens. Have never seen this boss ever. Been doing the rift in non-veteran which is where he should appear.
