PvP flash messages

Is there a way to disable the flash message of things occuring in the PvP zone. Stuff like "dude picked up the elder scroll" or "fort x was captured". It would be great since its very annoying when I'm crafting out of the pvp zone.

Craft in a PvE Zone -.- there are the set craft spots anyway

There are default "fort x was captured" messages on console? Why don't we have them on PC? Or do I have to activate them somewhere?

I get those messages in the PvE zones. Crafting was just a random example.
