nightblade invisibility glitch

ive been having an issue with my shadow disguise in pvp; when i get stunned or rooted and break free and try to use my shadow ability immediately after, it tries to take from my stamina bar as its resource. This is a magica ability, and it shouldn't be taking from my stamina, which i often don't have after trying to break free. I will try and get a video of this happening. getting a screenshot in the heat of the moment is kind of hard.
