Group finder not working

I've been searching for a group for over five hours yesterday and 2 hours today. Is Group finder broken? What's the deal with it at the moment and is anyone else having the same problem?

It works but make sure your using it correctly.
ALSO consider a ton of ppl don't use it cause for whatever reason they don't know about it.

Best results are for any dungeon.
Poor results come from selecting any single dungeon, or specific zone.

It does have its issues and is based on player usage and availability of roles. If you're only DPS expect VERY long wait times. If you're a healer and/or tank the wait is shorter.


How to use:

Clear all the fields first.
Then select your role(s)
Choose veteran or non-veteran
Then choose group Finder...RB or LB to scroll over and then select Any dungeon (my suggestion).
Lastly select and queue

Be prepared to wait 30min -2 hours depending upon availability.

DO NOT CHANGE ANY ROLES, Or any encounter you're queued for while queued. If you want to change, exit the queue, clear all values and start over

P.S I am DPS so it explains the long wait time.
