Can I transfer my ESO account to a new PSN account?

Since I wasn't expecting our gamertags to be so prominently displayed in the game, I was wondering if I would be able to transfer my game account to a new psn gamertag that would be more game appropriate. Or do I need to buy the game again and start over with everything?
