Really we do it without like, the musical instruments. This is the only musical: the mouth. And hopefully the brain attached to the mouth. Right? The brain, more important than the mouth, is the brain. The brain is much more important.
When you crouch, you get dark, when you uncrouch you get undark. But it seems that the amount in which you un-dark when in Cyrodiil is less so than the amount in which you dark. So after crouching and uncrouching a bunch of times (over the course of an hour), you become so dark, nothing can dark harder than you.

I know however the difference between sneaking and this bug.
When you are sneaking you are crouched and there is still like texture on the players.
This bug however makes everyone I see completely black and also everyone who is standing.
Then after like a minute they get their texture back.
They are hidden, vampires can walk as normal players would with sneak.
Yeah I know, even with some armor sets you can walk while hidden.
But this bug make people look completely naked and completely black, not like the darkish you get while you are sneaking.
Also after 30 seconds or so, they gain their colour and armor so its obiously a bug.
Trust me, I know the difference between sneaking and this bug.
Its a video rendering issue or a server connection problem. Relog or reload.
If on PC when you first get in game hit ESC and wait 30 secs for game to load. Check your drivers. Boost your machine, turn off browsers.

its because the character skin has not loaded yet .. caused by lag, most often will occur in busy places like cities with many players online
Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.
