Audio issues

I just bought my ESO for my Xbox One and I let it finish downloading the game to my Xbox and I started playing it and I noticed that none of the NPC or Weapons made any noises. When I talked to lyris all I got was the normal words she was saying but she didn't make any movements or noise. And my weapons don't make noise when I use them the only time NPCs make noise is the occasional grunt in combat. There is also no combat sound. Just wondering if someone could help me with this problem

Please first of all try the following:

• Press the Xbox button to return to the Home screen.
• Press the Menu button on the controller.
• Select Settings.
• Select Display & sound.
• Select TV connection.
• If TV connection is set to DVI, you need an optical audio cable for sound. If you are using an HDMI cable, switch your TV connection to HDMI (auto-detect).
• Verify that HDMI audio is not set to "OFF"(or dimmed) under DIGITAL AUDIO.
