Prisoner of Jathsogur and Moonlit Path

Is Zenimax EVER going to path or fix either of the above quests, so that people can actually progress past them? I've been trying the first for almost a week and I got to Moonlit path today and the same problem, too many people trying to get past them at once and so NO-ONE can do them.

PseudoMaidenSoul ShrivenThey know about it and said would be fixed in the next patch. I completed them by logging off in the area where you have to do the quest and logging back in at 6:20am (CT) there's barely any players in the quest area around that time so the quest fixes itself and you can complete it.Edited by PseudoMaiden on 17 July 2015 16:030 -

✭Both of these quests will be fixed during out next patch, @Anindias. We certainly understand the frustration and appreciate your patience! We'll let everyone know when the patch is ready to go on the forums and recommend that you keep an eye on this larger thread for any additional updates.2 -
OzJohnD✭✭✭✭yes, it is appalling that despite knowing about it since early days of PC ESO that it has not yet been fixed by ZO ... poor formEveryone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

is this going to be with the DLC or going to be an earlier fix ?
is this going to be another 15GB overwrite patch or a proper incremental patch ?
