unable to interact with npcs..

So I'm happily playing.. and mid convo with an npc I am unable to click on to the next stage of convo.. I back out of the convo and am then unable to talk to the npc at all.. or use battle commands ie.. square triangle circle but can still run use attack block and fast travel.. This has been happening game wide every alliance on both servers.. I'm having to restart the game.. but only get about half an hour before this happens again.. I get there are many bugs in the game that need fixing however I buy a game to enjoy it not to get annoyed that some interface of the game have crashed while others have not.. also if you buy crowns or receive them through redemption codes.. why is my horse that I bought only available on one server.. If my crown usage applies to both so should my horse
